Naomi Hedrick is a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Naomi is originally from Hamilton Ohio and moved to Tucson AZ in 1995. Naomi Studied through the International Hearing Society and started working at SoundPoint Hearing Center in 2023. Naomi began working in the hearing industry in 2023 and was drawn to the profession because you are given the ability to profoundly improve others’ lives, and opportunities to work with advanced technology. What Naomi loves most about saving hearing lives is helping people navigate through the difficulties of hearing loss and watching their quality of life grow. Naomi strives to help people not feel alone and discouraged through their journey to better hearing in her everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, Naomi loves hobbies such as gardening, spending time with her animals, and going to the movie theatre.
Martin Verdugo, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Martin Verdugo is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. Martin was born and raised in Tucson, AZ, attended Pima Medical Institute and studied through the International Hearing Society. He joined SoundPoint Hearing Centers in 2024 and began working in the hearing industry in 2018. He was drawn to the profession because of the impact that hearing loss can have on someone’s perspective of life. Martin dedicates his knowledge and expertise to serve his community and their hearing needs. The smiles on people’s faces are what Martin loves the most about saving hearing lives. Outside of saving hearing lives, Martin loves hobbies such as hiking, cooking and traveling to new places.
